Introducing Komica , leaving behind a conventional path in engineering, emerging model and actress Komica made the courageous leap to follow her true calling in the entertainment industry. After completing a year of engineering studies, she shifted gears toward modeling—a stepping stone that naturally ignited her passion for acting. Though convincing her parents was initially challenging, their perspective shifted as her undeniable dedication won them over.
Relocating to Bengaluru in 2019, she quickly immersed herself in the fast-paced world of fashion shows and television commercials. Driven to hone her craft, she later moved to Mumbai, where she underwent professional training with renowned acting coach Parag Mehta and participated in intensive workshops to sharpen her skills.
Hailing from a small town in Bihar, Komica remains fiercely driven to carve out a permanent space for herself in the industry. Looking ahead, she is focused on expanding her portfolio across modeling, commercials, and cinema, with the ultimate goal of landing prominent roles in Hindi and pan-India films.

Komica's exclusive interview with BOUQE.review
Komica shares her beliefs, aspirations and much more about herself in this exclusive interview with BOUQE.review:
1. Given two paths of modeling and acting, when would you choose modeling and when would you go for acting?
Komica: I would like to believe that these professions are two sides are the same coin. Two souls in one body I feel. It was only because of my successful modeling assignments that made me an actor. And acting is a passion I will never leave. Modeling is something I will choose when I want to have fun, and scintillate the crowd. And I will choose acting when I want to show everybody around me that there is a lot more to Komica than just her personality.

2. Social media has changed quite a lot in the last decade. In an industry where social media is now getting more attention, how do you utilise it for professional use?
Komica: Social media has changed and evolved both for better and worse. Platforms like Twitter Instagram are giving opportunities to people to expand their base. But it has also become an extremely toxic tool to bring people down. I have consciously made a decision to be away from that side of social media. I want to use it as a tool to stay in touch with my fans and share all the details and updates about my Movies and all the other assignments. Let’s use it the way it should be used.
3. Fashion and digital media move at a breakneck pace. How do you stay ahead of the trends without losing your core identity and personal style?
Komica: For that, I have to thank my wonderful team that keeps me informed and posted. I also try to make sure that I am aware of all the trends that are happening in the industry. We are in 2026, and the best way to succeed is to be evolving every day.

4. What is that passion project where you would never say no if an opportunity comes?
Komica: Acting is now my primary profession and passion. And the one passion project that I have spoken about before as well is my dream to do an action film. I want to break bones. Hindi cinema has made a lot of action movies of late, but they should be able to write a meaty and meticulous role for an actress that is able to impress both the critics as well as audiences. If any such opportunity comes my way, I will never say no to it.
5. How has been your journey since you started working till now and what are your plans for the near future?
Komica: It has been a fruitful and fulfilling journey so far. The one thing that I have learned is that you should never complain but only manifest. I have got the opportunity to work in different subjects, play different characters, and collaborate with different writers and directors. This is just the beginning. We have not even reached the interval point of my career so far. As far as my future is concerned, there will be a day when I will be able to impress everybody with my choices of films and performances. I don’t want to be just a star. I want to be one of the best actors the country has ever seen.
